Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can of beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Drain any excess fat from the beef once it's fully cooked.
  • Add the beans, cheese, and diced tomatoes to your slow cooker.
  • Stir in chili powder and cumin to season the mixture.
  • Layer the browned ground beef on top of the other ingredients in the slow cooker.
  • Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
